What is the Free Testing?
It’s a program for community members who, well, love testing! Basically, we’ll give you free product samples, and you test and review them. Your reviews can be videos on YouTube, text reviews on the community or social media, or something completely creative and different. To participate in this program, just follow the steps below:

How to enter
Sign in with your community account (make a free account if you haven’t yet!).
Read the We Love Testing rules.
Find the product you want to test.
Click the “APPLY TO TEST” button.
Fill out the application, and wait for us to get back to you.

Selection Criteria

Community members abiding by some of the following criteria will be prioritized:

1. Complete your personal profile, including your name, email, birth date, social media (all information will only be used for screening your application, reminding member privileges, new launches, seasonal deals, exclusive discounts and we will never share it).

2. Be specific in your testing plan (include where and when you will post your review, what form your review will take).

3. If you apply for testing XX product, make sure at least one photo of XXXX in a real-life scenario (product name) is included in your feedback.

4. Contribute product reviews in the community

5. Copying other’s testing review or failing to submit a review link will lead to disqualification from the future testing program;

6. You can sign up for multiple products at the same time, but you will be chosen for only one product at one time.

Review Submission
Members could share your review on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), YouTube, or other online spaces.
If you’re sharing your review on social media, please add hashtag #WeLoveBIGHOUSE and tag our official account to increase the chances of being reposted.
Once you have finished your review, you also need to submit your review link in the community on the Completed Testing page within two weeks. If you haven’t submitted a review link after two weeks, you will be disqualified for future Testing programs. (Please contact us in advance if irresistible circumstances will fail you to catch the deadline.)
Please note it usually takes up to 3-5 days to approve your submitted review link and display it in the community. Incorrect or broken links will not be approved.
BIGHOUSE reserves the right to use, edit, and share the review you’ve submitted.
High-quality reviews will be displayed on our homepage. If your review gets pinned, you’ll get a free product or a big discount.
